Ingredients
3 Bananas (Ripe)
2 Egg
200 gram Oats
60 milliliter Coconut oil
60 milliliter Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 190 C.
2. Place muffin cases in a muffin tin. Melt the coconut oil in a bowl.
3. Add all the ingredients into a blender. Dry first then bananas and wet. Blitz for 1 minutes until combined and smooth.
4. Pour batter into the muffin cups, making sure the mixture is equally divided. Place in the oven and cooked for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Set a timer for the cooking time, then clean your station before moving on to the next dish.
