Ingredients

1 White onion (Chopped)
3 Sweet potatoes (Peeled, cut into small cubes)
1tsp Cumin
1tsp Chilli powder
1 can Black beans
600 gram Tomato passata
2 Tortilla wrap (Cut into strips)
75gram Corn tortilla chips (Crushed)
10milliliter Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and peel and cube the sweet potato. Fry in the oil with cumin and chilli powder until soft (around 7-10 mins).
  2. Once the sweet potato is soft, add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Set a timer for the cooking time, then clean your station before moving on to the next dish. Remove from heat when all the ingredients are soft and cooked through.
