Garlic Greens Tray Bake

Ingredients
3 Courgette
2 heads Broccoli
250g Green beans
1 tsp Garlic granules
2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 190 C fan / 200 C / Gas Mark 7.
2. Top and tail the courgette, cut down the centre and chop into bite sized pieces. Place on a lined baking tray. Remove the ends of the beans and add to the tray. Chop the broccoli florets into medium sized pieces and add to the vegetables. Sprinkle over the garlic granules and oil over the greens, use your hands to combine.
3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Wipe down your work surface, set a timer and move onto your next dish.
